All HOA properties that are adjacent to Castle Rock Lake or its shoreline (red area of map) must adhere to the guidelines set forth by WRPCO's Shoreline Commons Area (SCA)

Absolutely no removal of vegetation may be done within 100 feet of the shoreline without understanding the specific guidelines (see link below) and obtaining written permission from WRPCO. (contact information below)

Violations of WRPCO Shoreline Commons Area guidelines could result in the suspension of the HOA's Non-Exclusive License Agreement (NELA) with WRPCO that allows our HOA docks/slips.
